Single-motor ESC for the drone test cell: STM32G431 + DRV8300 driving a 3-phase bridge of six BSC016N06NS MOSFETs, TPSM365 buck to 12 V, INA181 low-side current sense (25 mV/A, 131 A full-scale). Runs AM32. 64 x 74 mm, 4-layer.

ESC component wiki hero audit

Audit: 2026-09-16, Codex Astra. All 40 live component model bindings were fetched, decoded and rendered using the shared Babylon viewer. Private records were fetched through the authenticated wiki session; their visibility was preserved. Contact sheets show the bound GLB files, not the earlier marked-model tour.

Findings

  • Two confirmed wrong component types: NCD0402G1 and NCD0402B1 previously bound GLBs containing R_0402_1005Metric. Their native wiki viewers now bind LED hero derivatives with a one-shot 10-second fade and gentle turn.
  • The other 38 pages bind older unmarked models. They do not show the MPN-marked artifacts from the earlier tour. A differing hash is not evidence of wrong geometry.
  • Visual inspection of all 40 renders found no additional obvious component-class substitution. This is a display audit, not manufacturer drawing, polarity, dimensional or native EDA qualification.
  • 10 pages are private. Anonymous file requests returned 404, but authenticated requests succeeded. These were access restrictions, not missing assets.
  • The LED titles and manufacturer fields were corrected. The broader inventory still contains terse MPN-only and slug-style titles, and lacks a completed per-page acceptance review.

The earlier claim of complete component delivery did not establish that the main wiki viewers used the reviewed models. That verification gap is mine. The pages must not be described as fully qualified.

Rendered contact sheets are retained in the run directory, not republished here because the inventory includes private component sources.
