Manufacturer documents and footprint review
- TI product page for the exact TPSM365R6V5RDNR order code
- TI datasheet PDF, SNVSC83C, revised October 2025. Package outline: PDF page 50; example land pattern: page 51; stencil: page 52. Package drawing 4226623/F, September 2025.
Review status: source-derived footprint, not yet manufacturer-qualified. The footprint was extracted from the ESC source board. The corner radii were inherited, not independently calculated from TI's drawing by this publication workflow. Pads 4 and 5 use 1.599999 x 2.150001 mm copper with a 0.25 mm radius; smaller copper lands use approximately 0.0875 or 0.11875 mm radii. These must not be presented as TI-approved radii.
TI's current drawing explicitly prefers solder-mask-defined lands. It distinguishes copper under mask, exposed metal, mask openings and stencil apertures. The R0.05 callout points to the shaped opening; it does not independently justify the 0.25 mm copper radius in this extracted footprint. Pads 4 and 5 have F.Cu only, with their shaped mask openings and segmented paste defined by separate F.Mask and F.Paste polygons. Those paste windows are not copper cutouts. Pad 10 is a custom continuous copper polygon, also with separately authored mask/paste artwork.
The hero's teal dashed lines show copper perimeters only. They do not show the solder-mask opening, solder paste, or assembled solder standoff. The physical terminal geometry is an AI-generated nominal model whose detailed terminal tolerances remain unqualified. An apparent model/copper corner mismatch is a review finding, not proof of successful assembly or proof of tilt during reflow. A complete layer-by-layer comparison and assembly-process review remains outstanding before this footprint is treated as validated for production.
Identity and source
Manufacturer: Texas Instruments. Exact identity comes from the board properties or the supplier code resolution retained in provenance.json. This shared component page is reusable across Adom projects. Source descriptions are reproduced as design metadata, not independently qualified electrical ratings.
Reusable CAD
The footprint is extracted from the actual final board with board position, nets and UUIDs removed. The symbol is extracted from the published source schematic where available. Verify pin numbering and land dimensions before use in a new design.
Model quality and reusable variants
This independently authored nominal visualization is generated from dimensional specifications with CadQuery 2.8.0; it does not import third-party CAD geometry. Source CAD was used privately for comparison only. It replaces the earlier model binding. Body dimensions have been compared; detailed terminals, pin-1 and maximum clearance remain needs work, not manufacturer-qualified.

Top · Underside · Generator · Evidence and hashes · Generated asset license
The plain model remains the default. The optional MPN is added geometry in a separate group; it is an identification aid, not an assertion of the factory marking. Long identifiers require zoom. Keep plain and marked variants separate. Existing symbols and footprints retain their own provenance and still require pin mapping and dimension review.
Correction: the earlier nominal model had pads extending to 3.9 mm despite a 3.5 mm body. This replacement is 3.5 × 4.5 × 2.0 mm overall. The old download filename now resolves to the corrected plain geometry.
CAD provenance and independent review
Audit by Codex Astra (AI). Per-file provenance, sources and checks documents the current file hashes, source or generation inputs, modifications, verification limits and unknown origins. AI-created models are identified explicitly; a wiki upload is not manufacturer verification.
Report a component problem with the filename/hash and evidence.
Optional MPN-marked model, preview and provenance
Displayed model and review status
The main 3D viewer uses tpsm365r6v5rdnr-hero-mpn.glb, derived from the reviewed tpsm365r6v5rdnr-mpn.glb. The exact MPN is AI-added identification artwork, not a factory marking. Marking inputs, fit and licensing and source provenance remain applicable.
The hero applies only a 180-degree Z display rotation; no geometry is scaled. Use the original-frame marked STEP/GLB downloads for board assemblies. The rendered package and readable mark were reviewed; that does not establish manufacturer-exact dimensions, polarity, or native-tool qualification. Binding and file hashes.
Footprint-aware inspection hero
The current hero adds separate nonphysical reference layers: teal dashed copper boundaries at 50% opacity, silkscreen at 30% opacity and actual symbol pin names (unique pad numbers when unnamed) at 50% opacity. Orbit underneath to compare physical terminals, copper and pin1 marks. Copper outlines are not soldermask/paste. Existing MPN, materials, animations and lights are preserved. These helpers are excluded from board-use STEP/GLB files. Geometry, mapping and source hashes; pin-map input. Physical body can occlude seating-plane artwork; inspect the underside or isolate it. Generated display-font contours are not native fab artwork.
