Fresh silkscreen: grouped text and consistent contact borders

67.07 seconds, 1920×1080, 6.35 MB. Top and bottom show separate replays of the fresh solver events, followed by the same v35 board in native KiCad. Native footage is accelerated 8.33×; the dashboard shows event replays, not AI thinking or live elapsed time.

The fresh solve includes all 437 authored labels (285 top, 152 bottom), with references and values grouped together. It uses label content, native glyph metrics, component/pin anchors and semantic section anchors, not previous accepted label positions.

Documentation now stays in ordered blocks with headings, shared spacing and left-aligned text. J1 pin text aligns toward its pad. Repeated contact frames share column edges and row height; they prefer the board-edge side. Clearance gaps in printed frames are intentional and checked. Dashed translucent boxes are calculation guides, not printed silk. Names generally outrank smaller values; ESC motor phases receive prominent functional text: 0.90 mm top and 1.05 mm bottom. Overall authored heights span 0.20–1.20 mm; 0.20 mm remains a constrained small-print compromise.

Preflight reports zero collisions. Native KiCad verification retains exactly the baseline 13 inherited errors and 539 warnings, with no new silk violations. There are 463 native text items and 91 association graphics. Board v35 uses the existing ESC model bundle. Section report lists the documentation blocks and their font sizes.

Five association reviews remain: Y1, TP20 and three J1 pin-label pointers. This is a tested development candidate, not production readability sign-off or a finished release. The first v35 video was rejected because its camera lagged the active bottom group; the replacement above frames the complete active group directly. The rejected raw clips and capture marker remain in the run; original delivery timestamps are unchanged.

Shared changes: AI Flow layout and typography PR #20, recording frame PR #21, and 3rd party fab silkscreen skill PR #7. Rust CLI rebuild and geometry regression tests pass. The geometry/server helpers remain Python; Fusion/Altium adapters and shared package publication are not complete.
