The CD4000 family

The original 1970s CMOS family. Wide supply range and slow propagation. Still useful for high-voltage CMOS or coin-cell designs where speed doesn't matter. TI's CD4xxxB and CD74HC4xxx, NXP/Philips HEF4xxxB, Onsemi MC14xxx, Toshiba TC4xxxBP are all this family.

Supply range 3.0 to 18.0 V (typ. 5.0 V)
Input threshold CMOS
5 V tolerant inputs yes
Speed class slow

Provenance

Grouped by component-ocean's logic-ics parser (definitions/logic-ics/), which resolves each vendor MPN to a family_id. Membership is recomputed from the published pages; it is not hand-curated.
