Pin 1, chip against footprint

The datasheet already says which pad is pin 1. What matters is whether pin 1 on the chip lands on pin 1 of the footprint, because when they disagree the part goes down rotated.

Fusion / EAGLE library

Web control cannot build one: a bridge runs on Windows or macOS, adom-lbr is Linux-only, and a browser runs no binaries. This asks a Linux service that has it.

Price and stock

The one thing here that cannot be baked, because it changes without the page changing.
