[front-end] Antigravity 1.4.0's settings gear opens Antigravity settings again; the panel sign-in for Antigravity and Kimi announces itself and closes the dialog on a 3-2-1 count.

[front-end] Your AIs: the VS Code extension is the primary sign-in for Antigravity and Kimi (the CLI is secondary), the row no longer overflows, and Kimi sign-out clears kimi 2.x's session.

[front-end] Your AIs: the dialog drags by its header, and AIs whose extension keeps its own sign-in (Antigravity, Kimi) get a 'Sign in its panel too' button.

[workspace] Adom Bridge is spawned before the workspace relay check, so a slow or wedged workspace can no longer leave the desktop without its bridge.

[front-end] AI status probes: one per machine and provider, answers cached for 5 s (the picker no longer floods a small box with claude/codex status processes).

[front-end] AI sign-in: Hydrogen takes the authorization code off the clipboard when a site ends on a copy-this-code page (Antigravity), so the sign-in finishes on its own after Copy to Clipboard. Welcome page rows are now live. One slow-oracle probe at a time.

[workspace] Setup installs Adom Bridge only when it is absent (a present AB is never reinstalled mid-setup; it self-updates). The dead relay registration post is gone.

[workspace] Golden image v29-full pinned for fresh installs (this week's packages applied, oom-reset profile file baked). No migration for existing installs (floor stays v27).

[workspace] Fresh-install fixes from the winvm run: the post-reboot reconcile no longer re-imports the workspace (the setup card flickered between 'Building your workspace' and 'ensure-wsl'); the workspace env script survives wsl.exe's outer shell (exports landed in /.bashrc, verify-setup read 0/4); relay and shotlog spawns no longer run adom-wiki pkg update (adom/hook owns freshness); one display-settings merge at a time.

[workspace] Setup is shorter and stops duplicating work: the environment, api key, relay, editor settings and Claude CLI steps are gone (the golden image, the bootstrap package and Hydrogen's own launch already own them), the two front-end checks fold into the Welcome step, and brand fonts install on every launch as soon as Adom Bridge answers. verify-setup still checks every artifact at the end.

[workspace] The Bypass permissions row is back in Claude Code's Modes menu: setup no longer overwrites the setting that shows it (adom/hydrogen-bootstrap owns that key).

[front-end] Title-bar widgets start promptly again after a relaunch: the stop step no longer hangs on a port probe (it cost every launch 30 s and, in 1.0.447, left the slots waiting), and only a real host refusal is waited on.

[front-end] Title-bar widgets no longer show 'Install failed' or 'Launch failed' after an update relaunch: a workspace that is still booting is waited on and retried, a widget that really fails shows its name quietly with the reason in its hover card, and failed widgets retry on their own.

[workspace] Faster setup: the editor is no longer reloaded when the image already carries the page patch or the editor API is already live (over a minute on a fresh install), the environment step writes everything in one pass instead of eleven, and the two pure connectivity tests run only on build and test boxes (verify-setup still checks the routes).

[workspace] Setup no longer runs adom-wiki pkg update: the workspace's own update hook converges packages at boot and every 30 minutes, and the Adom sidebar's Packages section runs it on demand. A tiny os-baseline step keeps the xz-utils fill for v27 images. The image version log honours the v27 floor.

[workspace] Setup's final verification no longer halts a v27 workspace because the pinned image is v28 (the v27 floor applies there too; ConfRoomROG's reinstall run stopped at verify-setup on it).
