ESC silkscreen — fresh solve, v37

58 seconds, 1920×1080. Every generated label position was solved anew from physical board geometry, label content and native glyph measurements. No previous accepted placements were supplied. Existing component footprint artwork and electrical layout were preserved.

  • 0–35 s: top-face placement replay.
  • 35–48 s: bottom-face placement replay, viewed from below.
  • 48–58 s: the new board in native KiCad 3D, both faces.

Accelerated accepted-placement event replays, not real-time computation or private AI reasoning. Computation and waits are omitted. Edit manifest.

441 labels became 467 native text items, with 93 association graphics. Board name: 1.6 mm; fuller description: 0.5 mm. Independent preflight: zero collisions. Native KiCad DRC retains the baseline 13 errors and 539 warnings; this is not a DRC-clean fabrication sign-off.

Six association reviews remain: R27, Y1, TP20 and three J1 pin labels. Four documentation sections used explicit edge fallbacks. This video documents the fresh development result, not production qualification.
