Silkscreen placement dashboard — ESC development review

The shared AI Flow dashboard shows real solver events: sampled candidates, selected proposals and unresolved groups. The live feed does not pause the solver or make provider calls. Replays are identified as replays, not native KiCad footage.

Overview replay — 4.52 seconds

Detailed walkthrough replay — 76.50 seconds

The detailed replay shows candidate bounds and selected reference/value pairs with eased component framing. Preview lettering uses a browser font; collision geometry comes from native KiCad stroke bounds. The MP4s are H.264, each below the wiki's 10 MB cap.

Native board update after the replay

The clips above preserve an earlier search with 76 of 79 resistor/capacitor groups placed. Subsequent local refinement resolved C9, C32 and C36, and native graphic-clearance checks produced revision v30. The recordings do not depict those later revisions.

The v30 board is now open in KiCad on AdomLapper, with a freshly opened PCB editor and 3D viewer. Its 437 audited label boxes have no intersections with the reserved fitted-body or via/hole areas. Native DRC reports the baseline 13 inherited errors and 539 warnings, with no new silkscreen-overlap warnings. This is not a claim that the inherited errors are resolved or that every label is equally readable at every viewing angle.

Preview limits

The dashboard remains a historical proposal view; its preview is not the final native v30 board. The 3D dashboard uses fitted component GLBs on a rectangular board envelope. It helps inspect body occlusion but does not reproduce routed copper, pad geometry, drilled holes or the exact native board outline.

AI Flow source PR #17 · 3rd party fab silkscreen skill PR #6. These are source handoffs, not package releases. The generic event/manifest contract is shared; Fusion and Altium adapters still need implementation and native tests.
