Constant on-time control, 0.763 V feedback reference, integrated 75 mΩ high-side and 45 mΩ low-side MOSFETs, 750 kHz typical switching, PFM at light load for 155 µA quiescent current, EMI-shaped gate driver, UVLO, valley current limit, output UVP and thermal shutdown, 6-pin TSOT-26.
