AP62300TWU-7: 3 A Synchronous Buck Converter, 4.2 to 18 V (Diodes Inc)

Diodes Incorporated AP62300T is a 3 A synchronous step-down converter with integrated 75 mΩ high-side and 45 mΩ low-side MOSFETs. Constant on-time (COT) control means fast transient response and almost no loop compensation work: an inductor, three capacitors and a feedback divider make a supply. It drops to PFM at light load for 155 µA quiescent current, and the gate driver is shaped for low radiated EMI.

This is the T variant. AP62300TWU-7 is the AP62300T: feedback reference 0.763 V, not the 0.800 V of AP62300WU-7. Same pinout, same footprint, same package, but the divider math differs and the two are not drop-in equivalent at a fixed output. AP62301 is the third sibling: 0.800 V reference, PWM only (no PFM), 275 µA IQ.

R1 sits between VOUT and FB, R2 from FB to GND:

CAD came from the SamacSys bundle. The symbol was rebuilt in the Adom house style and the footprint converted to modern KiCad syntax; pad geometry is unchanged from the vendor model (0.60 × 1.15 mm pads on a 0.95 mm pitch, 2.60 mm span between pad centres), which is IPC-7351 nominal and runs a longer toe than the 0.70 × 1.00 mm pads in Diodes' own suggested land pattern.
