Adom Step2GLB - The Adom STEP Engine

1.3.4: skill cleanup: the skill name is now adom-step2glb (was the retired step2glb), the description is shorter valid YAML, and the molecule-publish references say how to install it. Same CLI 0.13.2 binary.

1.3.3 (CLI 0.13.2): anchor-glb counts KHR_lights_punctual lights and Adom.LED.* / Adom.LaserEtch.* state groups in and out, refuses on a difference, records them in the model-quality report (adom/adom-step2glb#17 item 1; service 1.3.2 keeps them through optimize). 1.3.2 (CLI 0.13.1): service 1.3.1 fits the laser-etch part number to the usable top face, both orientations, no minimum font, raised terminals avoided, fit report on the job status (adom/adom-step2glb#13 #14 #15, after John Lauer's PR #1); in-flight jobs never expire and a finished job answers 410 status=expired instead of 404 (adom/adom-step2glb#16). Fixes barrett-land's #5 and #6: silk overlays now apply in plain convert (with silkscreen_applied surfaced), thumbnail-batch async jobs fixed server-side (job_type NameError) and the CLI now polls 202 batch jobs. Service 1.2.1, CLI 0.12.0. README rewritten: this page now covers the CLI and the shared OCCT service as one thing.
