Fixes barrett-land's #5 and #6: silk overlays now apply in plain convert (with silkscreen_applied surfaced), thumbnail-batch async jobs fixed server-side (job_type NameError) and the CLI now polls 202 batch jobs. Service 1.2.1, CLI 0.12.0. README rewritten: this page now covers the CLI and the shared OCCT service as one thing.
