web LOD drops small PCB vias (0.4 mm) from KiCad board STEPs

What: step2glb convert writes a web-grade LOD (<stem>.web.glb) beside the GLB. For a 60 x 84 mm 2-layer board exported from KiCad 10.0.5 (pcb export step with tracks, pads, zones, mask and silkscreen; 668 vias of 0.4 mm pad / 0.2 mm drill), the web LOD keeps the parts' leads, laser marks, pads and silkscreen, but the vias almost disappear: only faint specks remain where the full GLB shows each via.

Numbers: full GLB 10.3 MB (240,388 triangles); web GLB 4.2 MB. Viewed in the Adom 3D Viewer 0.11.0 at true scale from about 15 mm.

Why it matters: a board's level of detail should keep its drilled holes; small vias are what people check first in a board render.

Suggested: keep via and drill geometry out of the decimation (or keep holes as cuts in the board body, which needs no triangles to stay visible), and say in the convert output which features the web LOD simplified.
