Adom Gantt

Interactive Gantt chart viewer for Adom project timelines. Serves a data-driven timeline from a JSON file with phases, tasks, milestones, and dependency arrows. Features: click-to-filter legend, drag-to-resize bars, inline date editor, dependency management, undo (Ctrl+Z), and auto-save to a sidecar state file. One button auto-schedules the whole plan so every dependency lines up finish-to-start on working days with no weekend or federal-holiday starts or ends, pushing work LATER only so a lead-time gap you set on purpose is never closed, and another lights up the critical path, meaning the longest run of work inside every section at once. Cancelled work is left out of both. A Table view is the second lens over the same data: every task and milestone as a row with Owner, Deadline and Status, filterable per owner and editable in place. An Analytics view is the third: total hours, hours per person, status counts, per-section totals, milestones, dependency stats and what is overdue. A Setup view is the fourth: the plan's sections, added, renamed, recoloured, reordered and removed on a page of their own.
