(p.2, p.7) It is a BaTiO3-based Class II ceramic, the approval sheet requires a 150 °C de-aging and 24 h rest before capacitance is even measured, a reminder that the label value is history- and drive-level-dependent. (p.4, p.20)

The numbers you design against: capacitance within ±15% from −55 to +125 °C, (p.4, p.14) dissipation factor ≤3% at 1 kHz / 1.0 Vrms, (p.12) insulation resistance 10 GΩ or R×C ≥ 500 Ω·F, (p.14) and a dielectric proofed at 250% of rated voltage. (p.13) Life testing runs 1,000 h at 125 °C and 200% of rated voltage with capacitance held within ±12.5%. (p.18) It ships 4,000 to a 7-inch paper-tape reel and is MSL 1. (p.11, p.20)

Footprint

The datasheet has no land pattern, so the pads are the IPC-7351 nominal pattern (KiCad's standard Capacitor_SMD:C_0603_1608Metric), replacing pads that were off it by up to 0.05 mm.
