6 FREQ input Switching-frequency program input. Connect a resistor RFREQ from this pin to GND to set the oscillator frequency, per RFREQ(kΩ) = 100000/fS(kHz) − 5 (e.g. 195kΩ → 500kHz; 150kΩ → ~700kHz). Programmable up to 1MHz.
7 VIN power_in Input supply, 9V to 60V (abs max 60V). Powers the internal control circuitry, bootstrap regulator, and high-side power MOSFET. UVLO rising threshold typ 7.2V (0.5V hysteresis). Place a decoupling capacitor to GND close to this pin.
8 BST power_in Bootstrap. Positive supply for the internal floating high-side MOSFET driver. Connect a bypass capacitor (typ 0.1μF) between BST and SW; internally regulated to ~5V above SW. BST-to-SW abs max +5V.
