Texas Instruments · Load switch · SOT-23-6

Single-channel load switch with an integrated N-channel MOSFET, in a SOT-23-6 package. It connects VIN to VOUT under an active-high ON control, from a 1 to 5.5 V rail at up to 2 A, with a low on-resistance. An external capacitor on CT sets the output slew rate to tame inrush, and QOD gives a controlled quick output discharge when the switch turns off. The clean way to sequence and hot-swap power rails to sub-circuits.

6 VOUT power_out Switch output. Connected to VIN through the internal N-channel MOSFET (RON ~52 mOhm typ at VIN = 5 V; 53 mOhm typ at VIN = 3.3 V). Supports up to 2 A continuous.
