sections/pinout.html: correct the /render/ note. The comment claimed the /render/ shortcut is broken on component pages and that only /api/pages/.../files/ works. That is wrong, and it reads as guidance so the next person would design around a constraint that does not exist. /render/ resolves fine here; the 404 was because this file sits at REPO PATH render/pinout.json, so the shortcut carries the segment twice (/render/render/pinout.json is 200). The data src is unchanged - /api/pages/ is kept because it reads unambiguously, not because the shortcut fails.
