# MT15N100J500CT: footprint, hover and README pass (2026-10-03)

John: footprints follow the manufacturer's land pattern; README.md replaces README.html; the assembly animation moves to a sub-readme.

- Footprint: ipc-fallback. IPC-7351 nominal (no land pattern in the datasheet): KiCad 10 Capacitor_SMD:C_0402_1005Metric pads. Pads 0.56 x 0.62 mm, centre to centre 0.96 mm, corner radius 0.1 mm.
- Rebuilt from the footprint: `MT15N100J500CT-fpview.html` (and the lbr-hover bus on both viewers), `MT15N100J500CT.lbr`, `MT15N100J500CT.adom-lbr.json`, the hero GLB, and the pads / solder / silk in `MT15N100J500CT.insertion.glb`.
- Etched STEP: created.
- README.html removed (it repeated the native Symbol & Footprint viewers); README.md rewritten; `docs/assembly.md` + `docs/assembly.html` carry the pick-and-place animation; `docs/datasheet.md` the datasheet pages.
