MCP601

The MCP601 is a single CMOS operational amplifier with a 2.8 MHz gain-bandwidth, rail-to-rail output, and low quiescent current. It runs from a single 2.7 V to 6 V supply, suiting battery-powered sensor conditioning, active filters, and general single-supply analog in a compact SOT-23-5.
