Hydrogen uninstall leaves behind golden image tar

Confirmed and fixed (2eadceb2, 2026-08-29).

The cached golden image lives at %LOCALAPPDATA%\Adom\HydrogenDesktop\cache\adom-golden.tar.gz (about 700 MB) and no uninstall path removed it. The uninstaller now removes %LOCALAPPDATA%\Adom\HydrogenDesktop on the full (workspace-removal) uninstall and under the "Delete app data" checkbox. The keep-workspace uninstall leaves it on purpose so a reinstall skips the download.

It ships in the next installer build, and the uninstall residue audit (scripts/ralph-uninstall-audit.ps1, phase 10 of the full ralph test) now has an hd.tarballCache probe so it cannot regress silently. Two related residues found by the same audit were fixed alongside it: the install dir surviving because of unmanifested files (now RMDir /r), and the WebView2 bundle dir surviving a silent uninstall. Closing.

Closing: fixed in 2eadceb2 and in the released 1.0.143 uninstaller. Verified on ConfRoomROG's full uninstall audit (2026-08-30): the workspace-removal path deletes %LOCALAPPDATA%\Adom\HydrogenDesktop (golden image tarball cache) along with both bundle dirs; the residue audit reports no tarball left.
