  • ✓Datasheet: the page already carries Samtec's current ET60S print (Revision S, sheet date 9/4/2023); sha256 1235d0e5 matches suddendocs.samtec.com/prints/et60s-xxx-x-xx-xxx-x-rx-x-mkt.pdf fetched 2026-10-27. Recommended layout checked against et60s-xxx-x-xx-xxx-x-rx-x-footprint.pdf Revision J (sheets 1, 3, 8)
  • ✓Part number decoded from the sheet 1 callout: S03 = split power, 3 positions, on the right; 5 signal rows; 05 positions per row; 000 = no power on the left; S = 30 µin gold; R1 = tail for .062 in PCB; S = side guide post
  • ✓Signal numbering per Fig 4 (p.3) and footprint Fig 4: 01 at the right end of the row nearest the board front edge, right to left, rows away from the edge (03 / 15 labels). Footprint pads 1-25 follow exactly that order (pad 1 at x -7.27, y 3.10 nearest the edge). Renamed signal pins from the board symbol's 31-55 to the drawing's 01-25
  • •Power: Fig 16 (p.10) and footprint Fig 14 show split power positions P01-P03 right of the signal block, P01 outermost, each with two tail columns 3.50 mm apart and 5 tails per column (10 PTH per position, footprint note 2). Pads P1_x/P2_x/P3_x renamed from 1-30 to P01/P02/P03; the ET60S print does not name the two halves of a split position (the mating ET60T print calls them P01L/P01R), so both columns carry the position name and the description says which column
  • ✓Pin types: all passive (connector contacts); power tails were power_in
  • ✓Footprint vs recommended layout: signal 5 x 5 at 2.00 mm pitch, drill 0.70 (Samtec 0.70 +-0.05 finished PTH), pad 1.00 vs Samtec 0.93 annular ring; power tails drill 1.02 (Samtec 1.02 +-0.05 PTH), pad 1.53 vs 1.25, rows at 2.50 mm, columns 3.50 mm apart, positions 8.00 mm apart (F = 19.50 for -03); left peg to first signal column 5.94, signal block to P03 5.27, P01 to right peg 5.50, peg centreline to the signal row nearest the edge 5.60, peg centreline on the middle power row: all match
  • ✓3D body 51.21 x 25.22 x 14.48 mm against the print: envelope 3.68 REF left of the left peg and 3.32 REF right of the right peg (51.21), depth 25.22 REF, 10.00 above the board plus 4.48 below (14.48); front face 19.57 mm from the peg centreline vs 9.32 + 10.31 REF = 19.63; Z-up, on the footprint origin
  • •Orderability: the footprint drawing (Rev J, note 5) marks split power -01/-02/-03 as not tooled, and print Rev S note 3 limits split power to the SUB-ET60S-01-X-RXX-SP option; DigiKey and Mouser do not list this configuration
  • ✓Symbol and footprint Datasheet properties point at the manufacturer datasheet URL
  • ✓Guide-post holes set to Samtec's 3.20 mm NPTH (2 places, ET60S recommended PCB layout rev J); the source board used 3.40 mm
  • ✓Symbol Datasheet / MPN / Manufacturer / DigiKey / Mouser / LCSC properties agree with page.json; footprint Datasheet property points at the manufacturer datasheet URL
  • ✓component-page-verify: all checks pass

  • ✓Footprint extracted pad-for-pad from the source board and normalized to the footprint frame (back-side parts un-mirrored)
  • ✓3D model seated z=0 at footprint origin (placement inverse; method centroid-matched to KiCad library models on 59 cases)
  • ✓adom-lbr generate + lint passed
  • ✓55 of 55 pins described from the datasheet (adom-ds2sf, page-cited)
  • •Not yet checked by a person: land pattern vs datasheet, pin-1/orientation, 3D body vs drawing
