- Search the UL/CSE catalog for `<MPN>`, land on the part, choose the ECAD target.

- Free login; pick **KiCad** (symbol+footprint), **STEP**, and Eagle/Fusion +
  Altium when offered. Creds key `cse_ul` via `chip-fetcher creds`.

## Download flow / Catch
- Format picker → download `.zip` → pull + normalize into `library/<MPN>/`.

## When it breaks
- Login bounce → re-login once. Format picker reskinned → screenshot, find the
  KiCad/STEP options by label, update + publish (see `../../CONTRIBUTING.md`).
