package ships no binary at all (skills only), but consumers expect an adom-sfconvert CLI

The published tarball contains SKILL.md, skills/ and installers only; there is no adom-sfconvert binary anywhere in the payload, so a fresh container gets the skill and no CLI. chip-fetcher lists adom/adom-sfconvert as a dependency (EDA format conversion) and its doctor flags the missing binary; unlike adom-step/adom-chipsmith/adom-concur there is nothing to self-heal from. Fix: ship the built binary in files[] and install it in install.sh.
