Adom KiCad Library

Uses ${KICAD8_3RD_PARTY}, the versioned path variable KiCad actually defines. 1.2.2 used an unversioned form that no published PCM package uses. No geometry change.

Fixes 3D models not appearing after a PCM install. PCM extracts footprints and 3D models into sibling trees under different parents, so the relative model path in 1.2.0 and 1.2.1 resolved to a directory that does not exist. The PCM package now uses ${KICAD_3RD_PARTY}/3dmodels//... A separate -manual.zip keeps the relative paths for adding the libraries by hand. No geometry change.

Sets the PCM distribution license to CC-BY-ND-4.0 so the feed validates against KiCad's schema, which has no proprietary option and rejects the entire repository on one invalid value. No geometry change from 1.2.0.

Medium machine pin fit class change: 1.20mm drill against a 1.2mm shoulder, nominally line-to-line with retention by solder rather than interference. Previously 1.1mm (0.1mm interference press-fit). Large pins and machine contacts unchanged. Derived from @tsci/adom-inc.library v1.2.0.
