5 ON/OFF input Enable pin with hysteresis. Drive LOW (<0.8V) to turn the regulator ON, drive HIGH (>1.4V) to shut it down. Floating pin defaults to LOW (regulator ON). Shutdown supply current typ. 80 uA at VON/OFF = 5V; input leakage typ. 5 uA (OFF) / 0.2 uA (ON). TTL-compatible.
