XD3914 from XINLUDA, in a DIP-18. Pinout and pin descriptions extracted from the manufacturer datasheet by ds2sf; symbol, footprint, and 3D from KiCad-official CAD.

Pinout

Pin Name Type Function
LED_NO.1 output LED driver output No. 1 (open-collector, current-regulated). Sinks a programmable current (typically 2-30 mA, ~10× the reference load current) to drive LED segment 1. Also carries an auxiliary current source (~100 μA) used for dot-mode carry when cascading multiple XD3914 devices.
V- power_in Negative supply / ground return for the XD3914. All signal, reference and LED return currents should be brought to a single point near this pin to avoid IR-drop errors and oscillations.
V+ power_in Positive supply input. Operates from a single supply of ~3 V to 20 V (25 V absolute maximum). Standby supply current is typically 2.6 mA at 5 V. In bar mode, MODE (pin 9) is tied directly to this pin.
RLO input Low end of the internal 10-step precision voltage divider (DIVIDER LOW END). Sets the input voltage that turns on LED No. 1. May be tied to ground or biased for expanded-scale/zero-center meter operation. Divider must sit between -100 mV and V+.
SIG_IN input Analog signal input to the high-impedance input buffer. Accepts signals from V- (ground) up to V+ - 1.5 V. Withstands ±30 V without damage; pin 5 input current must be limited to ±3 mA (a 39 kΩ series resistor allows ±100 V signals). Input bias current typically 25 nA.
RHI input High end of the internal 10-step precision voltage divider (DIVIDER HIGH END). Sets the full-scale voltage at which LED No. 10 turns on. Total divider resistance from pin 6 to pin 4 is typically 12 kΩ (8-17 kΩ).
REF_OUT output Reference voltage output. Develops a nominal 1.25 V (1.2-1.34 V) between REF_OUT and REF_ADJ (pin 8). Adjustable up to ~12 V via an external divider using VOUT = VREF·(1+R2/R1)+IADJ·R2. The current drawn from this pin sets LED brightness (ILED ≈ 10 × IREF).
REF_ADJ input Reference adjust pin. The bottom terminal of the internal 1.25 V reference; connect to ground directly or through a resistor R2 to program the reference/LED-current setting. Adjust pin current is typically 75 μA (120 μA max) and is the main error term of the reference.
MODE input Mode Select. Selects bar-graph mode (tie to V+/pin 3, within 20 mV of V+) or dot mode (leave open, or pull ≥200 mV below V+). Also used for cascading multiple XD3914 devices in dot mode by connecting to pin 1 of the next-higher driver, or to pin 11 on the last device in the chain.
LED_NO.10 output LED driver output No. 10 (highest input threshold). Open-collector, current-regulated (~10× IREF, 2-30 mA programmable). Automatically extinguished by dot-mode carry logic when the next cascaded XD3914's LED No. 11 comes on.
LED_NO.9 output LED driver output No. 9. Open-collector, current-regulated. Sinks ~10× IREF. In cascaded dot-mode chains, a 20 kΩ resistor from this pin to VLED senses VLED for the dot-mode carry circuit.
LED_NO.8 output LED driver output No. 8. Open-collector, current-regulated sink (~10× IREF, 2-30 mA programmable). Turns on when the buffered SIG_IN exceeds the corresponding comparator threshold on the internal divider.
LED_NO.7 output LED driver output No. 7. Open-collector, current-regulated sink (~10× IREF). Saturation voltage typically 0.15 V at ILED = 2 mA.
LED_NO.6 output LED driver output No. 6. Open-collector, current-regulated sink (~10× IREF). LED current regulation typically 0.1 mA over 2 V ≤ VLED ≤ 17 V at ILED = 2 mA.
LED_NO.5 output LED driver output No. 5. Open-collector, current-regulated sink (~10× IREF, 2-30 mA programmable).
LED_NO.4 output LED driver output No. 4. Open-collector, current-regulated sink (~10× IREF). Dropout voltage typically 1.5 V at ILED = 20 mA.
LED_NO.3 output LED driver output No. 3. Open-collector, current-regulated sink (~10× IREF). Output leakage typically 0.1 μA (10 μA max) when off.
LED_NO.2 output LED driver output No. 2. Open-collector, current-regulated sink (~10× IREF, 2-30 mA programmable). Turns on when the buffered SIG_IN reaches the second step of the internal precision divider.
