9 SW input Switch-node sense input for the adaptive anti-cross-conduction circuitry. Also serves as the common (return) connection for the flying high-side MOSFET driver. Absolute max -5 V to 25 V.
10 HDRV output Bootstrapped gate-drive output for the high-side N-channel MOSFET.
11 GND power_in Thermal pad; common reference for the device. Connect to system GND. Required for proper electrical operation and heat dissipation.
