5 VIN power_in Unregulated input supply. Operating input voltage 1.5 V to 5.5 V (must be at least VOUT + dropout, ~220 mV typ. at IOUT = 150 mA for 3.0 V output). Absolute max VIN = 6.0 V. A >=0.1 uF ceramic input capacitor (CIN) to GND is recommended.
