6 SW output Switch node; output from the high-side power MOSFET drain (RDS(on) ~600 mOhm). Connect the inductor here and a low forward-voltage Schottky freewheeling diode from SW to GND close to this pin to reduce switching spikes. Absolute max -0.3V to VIN(max)+0.3V.
