9 BAT power_out Battery pin. Connects to the positive terminal of the Li-ion battery being charged. Regulated float voltage 4.2V/4.35V/8.4V/12.6V depending on suffix; absolute max 20V to GND.
10 RS input Charge current sense pin. Connects to the high side of the external current-sense resistor RSNS (BAT is the low side). Charge current is set by IBAT = 50mV / RSNS (e.g. 25mΩ → 2A, 50mΩ → 1A).
