5 VOUT power_out Regulated output voltage, up to 300mA. Current-limited (typ. 430mA) with thermal shutdown at 165°C (30°C hysteresis). Requires ≥1µF low-ESR (>25mΩ) ceramic output capacitor located <0.5 inch from this pin; larger COUT improves noise, PSRR, and load transient response.
