6 VOUT power_out Switched power output. Source of the internal N-channel MOSFET; follows IN when the device is enabled with RDS(on) ≈ 62 mΩ typical. Bypass with a low-ESR output capacitor (10 µF ceramic + 150 µF electrolytic recommended for hot-plug loads).
