Diodes Incorporated · LDO linear regulator · SOT-23-5

Fixed 3.3 V, 600 mA CMOS low-dropout linear regulator in a SOT-23-5 package. Output accuracy is ±1.5%, dropout is 250 mV typical at 600 mA, and quiescent current is 55 uA. An active-high enable pin allows shutdown, and the part includes foldback short-circuit and thermal protection. A ceramic 1 uF output capacitor is required for stability. A default 3.3 V rail regulator for MCUs and sensors.
