4 DO tri_state Data Out. Outputs data synchronously with CLK input during READ (TPD after positive edge of CLK). Also provides Ready/Busy status information during erase/write cycles when CS is brought high after the minimum TCSL low time. Enters High-Z on falling edge of CS.
5 VSS power_in Ground reference for all signals and the internal supply return.
6 NC unconnected No internal connection on the 'B' version. This pin position is used as the ORG (organization select) pin on the 'C' version of the family; on the 93LC56B the x16 organization is fixed and no ORG pin function is present.
7 NC unconnected No internal connection. May be left floating.
8 VCC power_in Power supply input. Operating range 2.5V to 5.5V for the 93LC family. Absolute maximum 7.0V. Standby current typ 1 uA (I-temp).
