W25Q128JVS

The W25Q128JVS from Winbond is a 128Mbit (16MB) serial NOR flash memory with SPI/Dual SPI/Quad SPI interfaces operating at up to 133MHz. It features 4KB sector erase, 64KB block erase, and page programming with over 100,000 erase/write cycles. With flexible 2.7V-3.6V operation and a compact SOIC-8 package, it is the standard external flash for firmware storage, FPGA configuration, data logging, and code execution (XIP) in embedded systems.
