"readme": "# SOT-23-6\n\nThe SOT-23-6 extends the ubiquitous SOT-23 package to 6 pins, enabling ICs that need one more pin than the SOT-23-5. At 2.9 x 1.6mm with 0.95mm pitch, it is the standard package for USB ESD protection arrays (USBLC6-2), LDOs with enable pins (TLV733P), single-gate logic with complementary outputs, LED drivers with dimming control, and power switches. The extra pin typically adds a critical feature like enable, error flag, or additional I/O without increasing the package size.",
