This is the package for high-performance microcontrollers (STM32F7, STM32H7), ethernet PHY controllers (KSZ8851), and small FPGAs (Lattice iCE40). With 25 pins per side, it provides the I/O density needed for complex peripherals: Ethernet, USB OTG, SDRAM interfaces, camera interfaces, and LCD controllers. Requires careful PCB routing with multiple ground/power planes and reflow soldering with precise stencil alignment.",
