Primary source: Royalohm. 75V rated, 100mW.\n\n## MLCCs (Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors)\n\n**0402** - 10pF to 1uF. C0G dielectric for small values (up to 220pF), X7R for larger. Walsin. Voltage derating at higher values (50V down to 16V).\n\n**0603** - 100pF to 10uF. C0G up to 1nF, X7R/X5R for larger. Walsin.\n\n**0805** - 100nF to 47uF. X7R/X5R. Samsung Electro-Mechanics.
