TMP36

Analog Devices · Temperature Sensor · SOT-23

The TMP36 is a low-voltage analog temperature sensor with a linear 10 mV/C output and a 500 mV offset so it can read below 0 C on a single supply. It needs no external calibration and reads temperature directly as a voltage, ideal for feeding an MCU ADC. This page shows the 3-lead SOT-23 (TMP36FT9).
