LM4132

The LM4132 is a precision series (3-terminal) voltage reference with 0.05% initial accuracy and low temperature coefficient. Unlike a shunt reference, it regulates its output actively with low quiescent current, providing a stable reference for ADCs, DACs, and precision measurement in fixed voltage grades.
