Shikues · Varactor (variable-capacitance diode) · SOD-323
Shikues BB910 silicon variable-capacitance diode in SOD-323 for FM radio tuning and AFC: 35 to 45 pF at 0.5 V falling to 10 to 20 pF at 5 V (capacitance ratio 3.25 typical).
Verification
A person checks each page against its datasheet and signs it off here; the badge turns amber if a checked file changes.
Pinout
| Pin | Name | Type | Function |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | K | passive | Cathode (the banded end). See the note below. |
| 2 | A | passive | Anode. |
Note: The Shikues sheet shows the outline but does not label the terminals. Pin 1 = cathode under the band is the standard BB910 pinning and what the KiCad footprint assumes; confirm the band on the first parts received.
