Adom messaging
The words Adom uses to describe itself. This is the source of truth: if any other doc, deck, or older page disagrees, this wins and that doc should be updated.
The tagline
Adom is the world's first AI electronics prototyping cloud lab.
The word order carries the strategy, so keep it:
- AI comes first, always. AI is what Adom leads with, not a modifier bolted on the end.
- electronics prototyping is the domain.
- cloud lab is the thing we are.
The name: "Adom", not "Adom Industries"
Adom is a registered trademark (as of 2026), and the short name is the brand. Use plain Adom in almost everything: social display names, product copy, decks, posts, headlines.

- ❌ "Adom Industries is the world's first..." (longer, weaker, and not the trademark)
"Adom Industries Inc." is the LEGAL ENTITY name. Reserve it for places that need the registered company: contracts, invoices, grant paperwork, press-release boilerplate, legal notices, and the LinkedIn company page (which is registered under the entity).
Capitalization: "Adom", never "ADOM"
The logo sets the name in all caps as a design treatment, which leads people to type "ADOM". That is logo styling, not spelling. In text the canonical form is Adom: capital A, lowercase the rest. This holds everywhere words are typed rather than drawn: prose, titles, decks, slides, display names, email.

Handles carry the longer form for historical reasons and that's fine: the display name is what people read, so keep that short:

Word choices

The three pillars
Everything Adom is rests on three pillars. Know which one you are allowed to talk about.
- AI software: the lead. Talk about it freely and first.
- InstaPCB: ⚠️ not broadly discussed yet. The launch is meant to land as a big reveal, so do not spend it early. It is touched on in the NSF press release, which makes this a downplay, not a blackout: an existing passing mention is fine and does not need scrubbing. But never lead with it, never detail how it works, and never build a post, deck slide, or headline around it. If in doubt, leave it out and ask John.
- Workcells: talk about it freely. This is the physical layer, robotic workcells each owned by an engineer. When naming examples, use the project workcells: probing, molecule placement, wire bending, pincerless. Do not use the workcells that make up the InstaPCB process as examples; per pillar 2, that detail stays unspent.
Applying it
Any sentence that answers "what is Adom?" should be checkable against the tagline. A good test: does it lead with AI, say prototyping rather than workbench, and land on cloud lab rather than factory?
Examples that pass:
- "Adom is the world's first AI electronics prototyping cloud lab."
- "We're Adom Industries, the world's first AI electronics prototyping cloud lab."
- "Adom is building the world's first AI electronics prototyping cloud lab, in Fort Worth, Texas."
Known places carrying older wording
These still say "electronics workbench factory in the cloud" and should be migrated when next touched:
- The All-Engineering Meeting agenda doc's Mission line.
- Any deck or page written before 2026-08-03.
The NSF press release wording ("a national AI-driven cloud laboratory") is already published and is on-message enough: quote it verbatim when quoting the announcement rather than retrofitting the tagline into a quotation.
