Precisely regulates the battery-side constant-voltage charge point, bypassing wire and contact resistance between the battery + terminal and BAT pin. Add a resistor Rx from FB to BAT to raise V_REG per V_REG = 3.63 + 3.707e-6 x Rx (V, ohms). Input bias current typ 3uA.
