Amphenol ICC (FCI) 10164227-1001A1RLF: BergStak 0.40 mm board-to-board receptacle, 100 positions, 1.5 mm stack height.
Amphenol BergStak 0.40 mm pitch receptacle with 100 contacts in two rows of 50. With the matching 1.15 mm BergStak plug it gives a 1.5 mm board-to-board stack. This variant has no metal hold-down tabs and ships on tape and reel.
Application example: Raspberry Pi names this receptacle as the mating connector for the two 100-way connectors on Compute Module 5, so a board that hosts the module uses two of them (CM5 datasheet section 1.1).

Pins
100 contacts, numbered 1 to 100 in the footprint and symbol (odd pads on one row, even on the other, pads 1 and 2 at the +X end). The contacts have no fixed function: the mating design assigns the signals.
Design notes
- Amphenol does not number the contacts. The footprint numbers them like the Raspberry Pi CM5 connector (pad 1 and 2 at the +X end, odd pads on the -Y row in KiCad). The housing is symmetric under a 180 degree turn, so check the numbering against the mating part before routing.
- The drawing marks the inner 0.44 mm of each 1.14 mm land as a resist coating area. The footprint keeps the full copper land and opens the solder mask and paste only on the outer 0.70 mm (F.Mask and F.Paste graphic rectangles), with paste at 80 % per note 13.

3D model
The 3D model is AI-created from the manufacturer drawing, not a manufacturer model. The manufacturer's own model is not redistributed (its download terms grant no redistribution right). Box housing 22.60 x 3.00 x 1.45 mm with one mating cavity and a split centre island, 100 contacts drawn as a 0.12 mm tail on the board plane plus a strip on the cavity wall. No moulded marks: the drawing does not tie any mark to a contact number.
- Frame: Adom Z-up, millimetres, seating plane z = 0, origin = footprint origin, identity footprint binding. Extents: 22.60 x 3.38 x 1.45 mm (bounding box incl. tails), tails on z = 0.
- Cross-check against the manufacturer model (not included): Amphenol STEP envelope 22.60 x 3.38 x 1.45 mm: matches.
- Virtual MPN mark (identification aid, not a claim about the real part's marking): On the long outer wall on the pad-1 row side (light mark on the black housing), because the top is almost all mating cavity. The etch was planned on the housing alone and the contacts were then added back unchanged (tools/10164227-1001a1rlf_model.py --body-only / --graft), because the planner otherwise picks the protruding contact tails as the side face. Placed with adom-aiflow-etch; the plan and gate report are in
provenance/etch/.
