LP5907

Texas Instruments · Linear Regulator (LDO) · SOT-23-5

The LP5907 is a 250 mA low-dropout regulator designed for low output noise (6.5 uVrms) and high power-supply rejection. Its clean output makes it well suited to powering sensitive RF, PLL, ADC, and precision-analog circuits from a noisier rail, in a compact SOT-23-5.

5 OUT power_out Regulated output voltage (fixed factory option, 1.2V to 4.5V in 25mV steps), up to 250mA. Connect a ≥1µF low-ESR ceramic capacitor to GND. An internal 230Ω (typ) pulldown discharges VOUT when the regulator is disabled (VEN low).
