Minimum DRAIN supply voltage 50 V; BV_DSS = 700 V min.
5 S power_in SOURCE of the internal power MOSFET; high-voltage power return and control-circuit common. Pins 5-8 are all internally tied to SOURCE and also serve as the pin-out heatsinking connection to the PCB copper.
6 S power_in SOURCE (internally connected to pin 5). Provides heat sinking to the PCB and low-impedance power/control return.
