YGW60N65T1 from luxin-semi, in a TO-247. Pinout and pin descriptions extracted from the manufacturer datasheet (extract_pins, cross-checked by a second model); symbol, footprint, and 3D from KiCad-official CAD.
Pinout
| Pin | Name | Type | Function |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | G | input | Gate terminal, with a continuous gate-emitter voltage limit of ±20 V and a transient limit of ±30 V. |
| 2 | C | passive | Collector terminal, with a collector-emitter voltage of 650 V and a DC collector current of 60 A at TC = 100°C (120 A at 25°C). |
| 3 | E | passive | Emitter terminal, the common return for the gate drive and the collector current. |
