ATmega328P-A
The ATmega328P is an 8-bit AVR RISC microcontroller from Microchip (formerly Atmel). Famous as the MCU powering the Arduino Uno and Nano, it features 32KB flash, 2KB SRAM, 1KB EEPROM, 23 GPIO pins, 6 ADC channels, SPI, I2C, UART, and three timers. Operating at up to 20MHz, it remains one of the most widely used microcontrollers in education and hobbyist projects. The -AU variant is the TQFP-32 surface-mount package.
