AO3400A

The AO3400A is a high-performance N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET from Alpha & Omega Semiconductor. In a tiny SOT-23 package, it delivers up to 5.7A continuous drain current at 30V VDS with very low RDS(on) of 26.5mΩ at VGS=10V. Its low threshold voltage (1.05V typ) makes it compatible with 3.3V and 5V logic-level gate drive, perfect for load switching, LED drivers, motor control, and power management in space-constrained designs.
