Description
The P34-RGB05P02N3P1IMA03-CC is an addressable RGB LED from Shenzhen H-Great Optoelectronic in a 3.4 x 3.3 x 1.9 mm PLCC-6 SMD package. It integrates a constant-current driver IC with 8-bit PWM control (256 grayscale levels per channel) and a single-wire serial data interface running at 800 Kbps. The device supports daisy-chain cascading via DIN/DOUT for LED strip and matrix applications.

24-bit Data Structure (GRB order)
Data is transmitted MSB first in Green-Red-Blue order: G7-G0, R7-R0, B7-B0 (24 bits per LED).
Connection Notes
- Add 100-200 ohm series resistor between DOUT and next DIN for signal isolation
- 0.1 uF bypass capacitor on VDD pin required for stable operation

3.4 x 3.3 x 1.9 mm PLCC-6 SMD package. Pad dimensions: 0.80 x 0.50 mm (side pads), 1.80 x 0.60 mm (thermal pad). Recommended land pattern: 4.40 x 4.30 mm overall. Tolerance: +/- 0.1 mm. Available on tape and reel (reel diameter 178 +/- 1 mm).
